Daily

Entryways, Dining Rooms, Living Rooms, Patios, Balconies

  • Return furniture to the desired locations, close umbrellas, shut off water/fireplace features, etc.
  • Fluff pillows, straighten lampshades, curtains, and window coverings, fold blankets, organize coasters, knickknacks, newspapers, and magazines
  • Wipe down countertops and other dust-collecting surfaces
  • Sweep or vacuum up any crumbs, dust, or debris on the floors

Kitchens

  • Empty trash
  • Wipe fingerprints off of appliances
  • Clean and return items to their storage location
  • Wipe down countertops and sinks
  • Sweep or vacuum up any crumbs, dust, or debris on the floors

Bedrooms with En Suites

  • Empty trash
  • Makeup beds
  • Wipe dust-collecting surfaces
  • Exchange towels
  • Wipe down toilets
  • Wipe down countertops and sinks
  • Wipe down shower doors
  • Clean mirrors as necessary
  • Sweep or vacuum up any crumbs, dust, or debris on the floors
  • Restock supplies as necessary

Common Bathrooms

  • Empty trash

Weekly Flips

Every room will be inspected for functioning light bulbs, batteries in remotes, leaks, and wear and tear that needs maintenance.

  • Clean and disinfect toilet top to bottom
  • Clean and disinfect countertops and sink
  • Scrub down cabinet fronts
  • Clean and squeegee the mirrors
  • Polish shower and sink faucets, and cabinet knobs and pulls
  • Scrub and wax the bathroom floors
  • Return linens and make the beds
