In the past 20+ years, Sean has spent time as a high-value property manager, hospitality guest experience manager, sales executive in the Outdoor Sporting Goods Industry, adventure athlete, and a small business owner.

Sean has spent five years of his life outside of his home country, The United States, which includes time in 26 countries. He is extremely approachable, engaging, and professional, all balanced with a fantastic sense of humor.


Property Manager/CAM at Harmony Beach Vacations 2019-2020

I worked as a state certified Community Association Manager for a 120 unit condo complex. I was tasked with managing the day to day operations of the association to include maintenance, cleaning, finances, owner relationships, up keep, staff management, contractor procurement and oversight, insurance and legal programs.

In addition, I managed 18 vacation properties in the surrounding area. This included all maintenance, housekeeping teams, guest communication and satisfaction as well as managing the office and field staff.

Property Manager / Guest Experience at Sea to Ski 2018-2019

Primary directives were to ensure 100% satisfaction for guests stays in exclusive luxury properties. This included pre-arrival consultation with guests to ensure they have everything they would need or want for their stay, answer any questions, detailed inspections of the property to ensure expectations are exceeded, meeting guests at the property upon arrival and being a available to help during the duration of their stay. I oversaw maintenance, housekeeping and contractors for 25 multi-million dollar homes.

Full-Time Adventure Traveler at It’s A Gavination 2015-2018

For 3-years, my wife and I have traveled full-time. We visited 4 continents, 21 countries, 27 US states, and 14 US National Parks. We went on safaris in Africa, climbed or attempted to climb peaks around the world such as Denali, Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, and AmaDablam, we’ve kayaked in Alaska, learned to surf in Hawaii, toured US and European Ski towns, and spent precious time with friends and family. Always moving forward with an eye for adventure!

Sales floor associate in Camping / Climbing and Action Sports for 4 years. Lead loss prevention staff for two years.

Four years executing community outreach and marketing programs for local market. Events to include demo days, volunteer days, REI sponsored events and school outreach programs.

Instructor for 30+ clinics and used in 20+ media interviews. REI’s primary TV spokesperson for Denver area ads, workshops, and clinics.
